Chicago Pride, Berg Sans Nipple and Adam Stephens

Whats that? How do you make a 9 color poster with only 4 colors, you say? Well...I'll tell ya. 4 color process, thats how!! We made these Chicago Pride posters for the Howard Brown Health Center. After extensive color testing and a few phone calls, we dove in head first. I think they look real nice. Designed by Camm Rowland.

Made some tote bags for Team Love's Berg Sans Nipple. They are playing All Tomorrow's Parties in England the first week of December.

And finally, Adam Haworth Stephens and his band were involved in an accident on the way back home post-tour. If anyone is feeling extra generous this Thanksgiving, they could use the help. Their van was totaled and the group will be out of work for a bit while they recover (thus, no income). To donate, please visit Give a Band-Aid

In their words:
"Adam, Omar and Matt have made it back to California! Their canceled flight to SFO brought them in turn to Sacramento. Omar's dad has picked them up and is driving all three back to San Francisco.

There has never been a time to be more thankful!"

Happy Thanksgiving, y'all.

The Felice Brothers, The Good Life, David Bazan, The Duke Spirit, Barcamp Omaha, Bright Eyes "record" and some tattoos

Alright, y'all...lets do this thing.

New Felice Brothers shirts by Joey Lynch. Buy their merch here.

Reprint of the Good Life "California" shirt. Art by Christopher Halbkat.

David Bazan is putting out a new record. If you buy one of these shirts, you help pay for it and get to feel good about yourself. Man, the music industry is gettin weird.

Barcamp Omaha had these guys printed up.

The Duke Spirit reprinted their last poster with some slight changes. This time with gold ink! Can't argue with that.

I printed this Bright Eyes shirt for probably the 100th time since 2001. Got me thinkin...how many of these have been made? With a little investigation, my estimates are between 20,000 and 30,000! Holy F!

Finally, I stumbled across some tattoos on the interweb of shirts I printed this week. Crazy kids!

American Football, Felix the Cat and some newly framed posters

American Football was an indie rock band from Urbana, Illinois, active from 1997 to 2000. It featured members of Capn Jazz and Joan of Arc, who surprisingly just played at Slowdown last weekend. They were short lived, but judging by the times we've printed this hoodie, they are not forgotten. You can buy one of these at Polyvinyl Records webstore

Made some posters for Slowdown's Thanksgiving weekend blowout! Little Brazil and Bear Country are headlining each night respectively. Sort of a rock night v. soft rock night kinda thing. Nov 26th and 27th. You should probably go. Had my weekend apprentice Van help me print em.
I also made one print on wood for my bathroom. Why not, right? Learn more about the image history here
And finally, I got another email with photos of posters we've printed hanging in their new homes. Frames from Gooodwill with cut mats. Smart thinkin'.

Ok, I'll play "new frames" too....here's one of the first posters I ever bought. Just had it framed last month. Its enormous and hangs in my living room. Awesome. Check out Uncle Charlie Art.
